surprisingly excellent city stay
helpful staff spacious room early check-in
the staff were very cute and helpful. the check-in was well organized, catering to my needs. i found my 'downtown jacuzzi' room super spacious (it felt grand). i was charmed i could check in earlier than expected.
the hotel lobby being on the fifth floor added an extra step with luggage.

Excellent Hotel Experience
early check-in local recommendations welcome drink central location
The hotel staff promptly addressed our request to store luggage before check-in and facilitated an early check-in. They also shared great local restaurant and attraction recommendations. The included welcome drink and nightly negroni was a sweet touch (such a pleasant surprise!). The hotel's location near main attractions made exploring the area easy on foot.
The room lacked a refrigerator. This was a slight inconvenience.

The room featured a yoga mat and offered Apple and Android TV Airplay capabilities. A curtain separated the rooms, providing some privacy for families (very useful for us). The balcony offered additional space and fresh air.

The hotel boasts a very central location, steps from major attractions. The staff was attentive and quickly addressed our requests, providing extra pillows promptly. I especially appreciated the complimentary drinks offered in the evenings. The supermarket across the road proved convenient (for quick snacks and essentials).

my room featured a yoga mat that was a great surprise i used it daily the staff were very cute and helpful always with a smile the bar on the top floor had a cool vibe it was great
